Discover the new Amstrong® Ultra grades

Do you want to develop innovative cranes which reach further and lift heavier load? Are you looking for concrete pumps with larger span? Are you interested in lighter and less fuel consuming trucks’ chassis and trailers?
ArcelorMittal’s Amstrong® Ultra high strength steels combine excellent formability with toughness at low temperature and fatigue resistance. These ultra-high strength steel grades have minimum yield strengths ranging from 650 up to 1100 MPa. Replacing traditional structural steels with Amstrong® Ultra grades provides significant material cost savings while maintaining good fabrication properties as formability and weldability. Steel thickness reduction and lighter weight result in improved payload and lower fuel consumption in mobile equipment. To know more about the Amstrong® Ultra range, come and meet us at Intermat 2018. You can also download the Amstrong® Ultra brochure or visit the Amstrong® Ultra webpage.
